Message from ERA LANDMARKS-DIVINE COURT SEC-76, FARIDABAD

Dr. Naveen the President of the Divine Court RWA had initiated the fight against the illegalities being committed by Era Landmarks by filing complaints with the Commissioner of Police Faridabad and with DG, Town & Country Planning Haryana. The Police has forwarded the groups complaint with their EOW cell and for the first time today the group has received information on their complaint to the DG, TCP, which Dr. Naveen has communicated to all fellow group members as below:-

Mr Anil Kumar,Co-complaint against Era, Received a call from Mr Nirmal Chand  9872994389, of DGTCP Office in Chandigarh,. He said that you have done a good thing ,by complaint against Era Divine Court,He also told that they would not have known if we did not complaint about Era divine. They have sent a notice to M/s countrywide about why they have allowed Era to develop,Market,Sell Era Divine Court in Sector 76,Fbd. without DGTCP permission.

I had a flat in ERA DIVINE COURT low rise 250 sq yds and made the whole 100% payment to ERA with that respect. but today after having 50-60 rounds to ERA NOIDA head office and faridabad sec-76 site there is no one to answer our basis querries...everyone knows lot of wrong is going on...but no one is there to provide justice...ERA guys are silient about possession date...ERA guys are silient about penalty clause (Rs. 7 per sq feet per month)...even they had fraudly charged last possession amount installment calling it "FIT OUR FOR POSSESSION"
    ---Really every thing is looking dark.

  2. It's been four years that I have been paying emi for a 250 sqyard flat in era landmarks divine court sector 76 faridabad. There is still no visibility about the possession and registry of the flat. It is extremely frustrating.

  4. Only wrinting in this web page , I don't think so will help us anymore. I am paying EMI since last 4 years. Staying in a rented house and paying there also. Its almost a double hectic terrible thing for me. People buy home for relax but I think for all era people its a FUCKING BURDEN.
    Is there is any solution for this.
    Plz guide me. My dad is a heart patient and mom recently gone through operation becoz of this tension.
    Is there is any type of solution from this fucking era homes

    Is there any news and project status of ERA Divine court sec 76? I haven't heard from them since long and my recent email to them last month is not replied. Please let me know and what steps and action we all as customers can take to get out flat possession or money back?
